    Comments Off on The Beaches

The Beaches are doing everything their way. After more than a decade together as a band, sisters Jordan Miller (lead vocals, bass) and Kylie Miller (guitar), plus closest friends Leandra Earl (guitar and keys) and Eliza Enman-McDaniel (drums), are entering a new era. On the new album “Blame My Ex,” the 4x Juno Award-winning Toronto band channels heartbreak into self-discovery through 10 exuberant songs that revel in pain and redemption. The lead single, “Blame Brett,” an acerbic pop-rock knockout Jordan calls “a song for all the hot messes out there,” has racked up over 70 million streams on Spotify and over 10 million views on TikTok. 3. Cooper Alan

    Comments Off on Cooper Alan

A rising star with the spirit of a true entertainer, a penchant for outside-the-box thinking and a growing, self-built audience, Cooper Alan is an artist willing to take country music where others have never dreamed – and fans love him for it. Whether it’s a deeply personal, step-by-step romantic saga, or an off-the-wall party anthem, Alan’s music is already some of country’s most fearless work, and he’s just getting started. A native of Winston-Salem, NC, the independent artist has racked up more than 550 million streams, a massive digital presence with more than 15 million followers across all social media platforms, and a touring footprint that sold over 150,000 tickets to date.

Soon after launching his single “Take Forever”, it climbed to number one on Sirius XM The Highway’s Hot 30 Weekend Countdown. With his latest singles “Jesus Saves”, “Suit and Tie (Sixteen Tons)”, “Wake Me Up (feat. Aloe Blacc), “Plead The Fifth”, and “Holy Ghost” Alan takes his first step into the next batch of music to come.

  4. Nothing More

    Comments Off on Nothing More

NOTHING MORE combines the cerebral and sublime. The music Jonny Hawkins, Mark Vollelunga, Daniel Oliver, and Ben Anderson make together is primal, elemental, and even carnal. Their foundation is heady and heavy, filled with creative nuance that rewards repeated listens, while thecatchy hooks always soar, intertwined in a delicious dance between accessibility and experimentation.

They’ve already earned three GRAMMY nominations and two gold plaques along the journey. 2022’s SPIRITS, which produced songs like “YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT LOVE MEANS” and the Top 5 smash “TIRED OF WINNING,” indulged the outer edges of NOTHING MORE’s esoteric leanings without sacrificing melody. Two years later, CARNAL brings them full circle with focused precision.

CARNAL harkens to their breakthrough 2014 self-titled set and the bombastic energy of songs like “This is the Time (Ballast),” while powerful interludes and trippy transitions anchor it all together.

  5. Noah Reid

    Comments Off on Noah Reid

Noah Reid has earned a permanent place in the music industry as a result of his powerful vocals and honest delivery. Evident on his debut album Songs from a Broken Chair (2016),  sophomore album Gemini (2020) and his highly-anticipated third album Adjustments (2022), which collectively have garnered over 180 million streams, two nominations at the 2022 Canadian Folk Music Awards in the ‘Songwriter of the Year’ and ‘New/Emerging Artist of the Year’ categories and landed Noah on four Billboard charts. Reid’s songwriting style is reminiscent of singer-songwriters of the seventies but with a contemporary twist, resulting in a signature polished, albeit slightly rusted over, tone.

As an actor, Reid is best known for playing ‘Patrick’ in the Emmy-winning comedy series Schitt’s Creek, for which he won a Screen Actors Guild Award, along with the cast, for ‘Best Ensemble.’ In 2022 he was seen in Brian Watkins’ Amazon series Outer Range opposite Josh Brolin, Imogen Poots and Lewis Pullman and wrapped up his Broadway debut as the lead of Tracy Letts’ Tony-nominated play The Minutes, which received rave reviews.
