Memories will abound on Sunday, Dec. 14 at the Burton Cummings Theatre as Winnipeg’s own Fred Penner returns to delight his legion of Fred Heads…and their children. Fred will be joined by the Cat’s Meow Band. Fred Penner’s Concert for the Season is a great way to ring in the holidays with the entire family!
