The Arkells “Between Us” City Takeovers in Winnipeg on November 12 at the Burton Cummings Theatre. The tour is in support of the band’s latest release “Between Us” – an album and project that strives to create unique experiences in up-close and personal settings. Lucky fans will get the chance to see the legendary live act hit a run of dates in “I-can’t-believe-this-is-happening” sweaty clubs.
“When you’re in a band, all you can do is try to meet the moment,” says frontman Max Kerman. “Ask yourself: what do you like, and what’s important to you? If there was ever a time to add multiple nights in some proper Canadian cities, it’s now. We want a chance to stretch out and play songs from across our catalogue. With the Between Us City Takeovers, we can do all that. And we love the challenge of it all. No two shows will be alike.”
