The Ticketmaster Lounge
The Burton Cummings Theatre Ticketmaster Lounge is a unique restored second-floor space open to all event ticketholders, and available for special pre-show and off-day events.
Unveiled for Burton Cumming’s two sold-out 75th birthday bash concerts in December 2022, the Ticketmaster Lounge features memorabilia from Cummings’ own collection, including hand-written music sheets, awards, photos and instruments. A focal point of the lounge is the piano he learned to play on in his childhood home.
Featuring exposed original brickwork, restored hardwoods and original windows, the Ticketmaster Lounge holds an important place in the theatre’s 130-plus history as the office of Corliss P. Walker, the theatrical entrepreneur who developed the theatre in 1906-07, and for whom the theatre was originally named as the Walker Theatre.
