True North Sports + Entertainment (True North) is pleased to welcome guests back to our venues. We recognize that getting used to a new normal for public gatherings will take some adjustment, and, for the safety of our entire community, we appreciate your adherence, understanding, and patience. Fully Vaccinated

  • As per Manitoba Public Health orders, all guests will be required to show proof of full immunization (2 doses of Health Canada-approved COVID-19 vaccine received at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the event) and photo ID to enter the venue. Details on the Manitoba Immunization Card or QR code, Out-of-Province, Out-of-Country and other requirements can be found HERE.

Masks Required

  • Guests over the age of 5 are required to wear a mask that covers both the mouth and nose at all times, unless actively eating or drinking. Please be sure to put your mask back on when taking pauses from active eating and drinking.


No Bag Policy

  • For your safety and expedited entry into the Burton Cummings Theatre, bags are restricted to clutch or wallet-style bags smaller than 12”x 6”x 3” which will undergo contactless security screening.

Enhanced Cleaning & Disinfection

  • True North is committed to rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocols, following guidelines from Manitoba Health and GBAC (Global Biorisk Advisory Council).

Contactless Payment Preferred

  • To reduce touchpoints between guests and employees and provide an expedited payment experience, True North strongly encourages guests to use tap technology for transactions.
